Szia Péter! I attended your summer school for a week last year as part of my preparation for my citizenship interview. I had a private class with Kata and we worked through the majority of the B1-level textbook together. For me, the experience was invaluable! Before that, I was taking group courses online and was still struggling with shyness, fear of speaking, and fear of making mistakes. But I felt that being forced to speak, read, and participate for 30 hours in 5 days got me “over the hump” with my nervousness and was a huge boost to my self-confidence. A few months later, I passed my citizenship interview, then I took my oath and became a citizen in June! I had a terrific experience in Debrecen Summer School and would definitely recommend it to anyone serious about learning the language.
