Greetings from Christopher Lake, Saskatchewan, Canada! grandfather Sandor Szuetta was born 8 Apr 1898 in what is now Nižný Hrabovec, Slovakia, his parents were indoor servants. He immigrated into Canada in 1926 after marrying Anna Smajda in Bodrogolaszi. She immigrated the following year and they homesteaded in the Deer Ridge area just north of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan for about 15 years during the depression of the 1930’s. Then they moved to the nearby city of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. I have been researching my family tree for the last few years, and I’m always looking for more information to add.
